This little niche can be called many things, simply "unopened", wax, cellos, racks, boxes, cases, and more. We enjoy it for what it is, little pieces of history that should not exist. All of these unopened products were supposed to be opened years ago and that is what makes them so rare and desirable in their original form.
Unopened products are on fire
It is amazing to see the unopened products market is so hot right now. I have watched this stuff for a while and it has never been like this. Vintage unopened products are seeing more demand than ever before and prices are climbing. Some things that seemed so easy to come by just a few years ago are becoming hard to find.
